Yes! Jiffy Scoop™ provides dog waste removal services year-round throughout Cherokee County. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In snow-covered areas, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable.

The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Jiffy Scoop™. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning, so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard. Note: we ensure all our employees are background checked.

Proper disposal is essential for environmental safety. We will double-bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can whenever possible or next to the side of their house.

Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
