Agreement By using Jiffy Scoop™ services you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services Jiffy Scoop™ provides professional pet waste removal services in Cherokee County, Georgia on a recurring subscription basis. Service options include twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanups. Service frequency and pricing are outlined at jiffyscoop.com/calculator.
Service Area We currently service the following Cherokee County, Georgia communities: Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Ballground, and Acworth.
Pricing Plans start as low as $50/month. Final pricing is based on yard size, number of dogs, and service frequency. Most clients pay between $80 and $120 per month. All pricing is displayed transparently at jiffyscoop.com/calculator before you sign up.
Subscriptions and Billing
Services are billed monthly via secure online payment through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew each month
You will receive an invoice via email before each billing cycle
Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt
Failed payments may result in suspension of service
No Contracts Jiffy Scoop™ does not require contracts. You may start, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal at clients.jiffyscoop.com or by calling our office.
Cancellation and Pausing
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Service may be paused at any time through the client portal
No refunds are issued for partial months
Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service we will make it right as quickly as possible at no additional charge.
Waste Disposal All collected pet waste is double-bagged and placed in your trash can whenever possible, or next to the side of your house. Waste is never transported off your property in an unsafe manner.
Service Guarantee
We will make every effort to complete service on your scheduled day
Routes are optimized at midnight the day before service for efficiency
We do not provide specific arrival time windows
If we are unable to complete service due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or other access issues we will notify you and reschedule as quickly as possible
Access Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring our technicians have safe access to your yard on service days
If your dog has shown signs of aggression please keep them indoors during service
Dogs that are aggressive toward our team may result in removal from our route
All gates are locked and photographed upon service completion for your peace of mind
Health and Safety Jiffy Scoop™ cleans all equipment and shoes between each yard using kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. All employees are background checked.

Liability Jiffy Scoop™ is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to your property
Items left in the service area
Service delays due to weather or unsafe conditions
Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
